新汇点起源于新加坡,专注于政府公务人员和企事业单位高管的教育培训工作。1993年,旗下的新加坡专业教育培训中心成立。1999年,该中心成为第一批获得中国国家外专局认定的境外培训合作机构。20多年来,该公司在跨国培训、 招才引智、 中外合作教学等方面,取得了一些成效。

2012年,该公司回到苏州,与新加坡国立大学苏州研究院达成战略合作,成立第一个国内培训基地,更好地传播全球的先进理念与实战经验。

新汇点作为国内项目运营主体,在苏州、 深圳、 成都、 杭州、 上海开设五大培训基地,并于2018年增设美国境外基地,自此构建了境内五个城市、境外两个国家的“5+2”培训发展格局。

Originated in Singapore, Singapoint focuses on the education and training of government civil servants and personnel of enterprises and institutions. Back to 1993, Singapore Edu-Train Center Pte. Ltd was founded and became one of the first overseas training cooperation institutions recognized by the State Administration of Foreign Affairs of China in 1999. Over the past 20 years, the company have made achievements in transitional training, talent attraction and Sinoforeign cooperative teaching.

In 2012, the company returned to Suzhou and partnered with National University of Singapore Suzhou Research Institute to establish the first training base in China,to better spread advanced global concepts and practical experience.

As the main operator of domestic projects, Singapoint has set up five training bases in Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou and Shanghai, and established an American base in 2018. Since then, it has built a "5+2" training development pattern with five cities in China and two countries abroad.
